Meet The Doctor

Why feet?

Dr. Sara Borkosky gets asked this question multiple times a day and her answer is always the same: “Nobody is afraid of their foot doctor! It is a really good feeling to have someone walk in with a problem and walk out feeling great. Getting people back on their feet and more active is very rewarding.”

Dr. Borkosky graduated from the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in Independence, Ohio in 2010. She then went on to a rigorous three year surgical residency with the Gundersen Health System in La Crosse, Wisconsin where she found her passion in diabetic foot care, specifically wounds.

In 2014, she opened Oak Tree Podiatry, PA to provide quality, compassionate, patient centered care to the Mauldin, Simpsonville and surrounding areas of Greenville, SC. She loves to build long lasting relationships with her patients and works with each person to create a treatment plan that works for them.

Outside of work, Dr. Borkosky is passionate about her family, her farm, horse back riding and hiking. She fell in love with the Upstate quickly with all the outdoor activities the area has to offer. You won’t find her inside on a sunny, warm day year round. There is always something fun to do outside.
